This Weekend: Things To Do in El Segundo as June Begins

It's another cool, overcast day here in El Segundo, and June is nearly here! A few interesting, local things to do this weekend:

-Friday evening, June 1, 5pm-8pm: Ice Cream Social at Center Street School! Recommended for families with young kids.

-Friday evening, Saturday evening, Sunday afternoon, June 1-3: Youth Drama Variety Show (dinner-theater style!) at the Rec Park Clubhouse. Tickets are selling quickly and seating is limited: $20 per ticket includes light dinner + show.

-Saturday morning, June 2, 9am-noon: Beauty and the Beach cleanup at El Segundo Beach (includes food and other activities)

-Saturday, June 2, and Sunday, June 3: The Fox Festival at beautiful event space UNITA. This event bills itself as "an interactive lifestyle experience curated for dreamers." Additional details: VR challenges, 360-degree photo booth, art exhibits, musical performances, "healthy eats." Tix $7-$10.
